Refund Policy

Refunds:

If you have an issue with your purchase contact us right away to let us know.

Undamaged items:
A full refund including the return shipping cost is available to the customer purchasing from Loud Hue providing all the order items are returned and received in new undamaged condition to Loud Hue within 14 days of their delivery to customer.

The buyer pays the full return shipping cost via USPS First Class Package with tracking which will be refunded upon approval of the condition of the returned items. Customer must notify Loud Hue of the refund request within 5 days of delivery and provide tracking info via the contact form prior to returning the purchase. The returned items must be confirmed delivered by US Postal Service tracking.

Damaged items:
A full refund on items damaged during shipping is available to the customer purchasing from Loud Hue. Accurate photos of the damaged items and the original packaging in addition to clear correspondence via email are required within 5 days of the delivery and must be confirmed accepted by Loud Hue via email before being processed.

When you complete a purchase through onsite checkout on the official Loud Hue Facebook or Loud Hue Instagram pages the refund, return and exchange policies on this page are in effect, in addition you are covered and bound by Facebook's Purchase Protection Policies which can be viewed here.

Customers with suspicious or unreasonable returns and/or exchanges will be blocked from future purchases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or Paypal account.

Late refunds:
If you are approved for a refund and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund please contact us.

Exchanges:
If the item is damaged during shipping Loud Hue will exchange for the exact same item once the item is returned. Exchanges must be approved by Loud Hue via email before being returned. Accurate photos of the damaged item and the original packaging via email are required. Exchanges must be received by Loud Hue within 14 days of their delivery to customer. Buyer pays the return shipping (only USPS First Class Package is accepted) with tracking as Loud Hue will refund the shipping cost for returned exchange and pay shipping for the outgoing exchange. Customers with a suspicious purchase, exchange and/or return history may be blocked from future purchases.
